I spoke with Kevin over the phone, explaining what I was looking for and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived the exact car as I was looking for was waiting for me. Good customer service is hard to find in sales but Audi Rockville has mastered it. The priority was not just making a sale but to make sure my needs were met and that I felt heard and covered. Everyone was patient and provided detailed information about all of my choices and options. 10/10 would recommend.

Jacob Jay was great from the beginning. Chill, pleasant, informed, honest and caring, and always communicating on time. There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!

Linda and her service team earn customers for life which is evident when you meet other customers there that have been with Silver Spring for well over a decade.
