The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. Mr. Jenkins, Salesmen/ladies (Brady)and (Robert) and employees it was rewarding to drive over 180 miles to review a Toyota Rav4 that I wanted. After a test drive, we discussed a price. With little negiotation I got it for a less cost than posted and happy purchase. Your men Brady/Robert worked to fix my vehicle so I could drive it home. It was a class purchase. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

Sporty car with performance and comfort, superb handling and stability. U feel safe and control all the time. Enough space for 4 for shorter rides, definitely a two person car.

I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.

This is a great car, fun to drive, great in the snow and even better in the sun with the top down! Would love to keep it, but as the world has changed with Covid we find it more responsible to part with it at this time. When conditions improve, we would buy it again (it was our 2nd Audi convertible, looking forward to our third!).
