Service at Its Best!

There are two criteria to maintaining a longstanding relationship with a dealership. First off, there's the purchasing process which is what starts the ball in motion. And then there's the "After Life." The purchase process is self-explanatory. It can be daunting but assuming you get past that and have a good experience, you then have the "After Life" which is the period of time during which the customer maintains the health of their vehicle by bringing their vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance. I have purchased and had serviced, three vehicles, at Circle Audi and I have had the same Service Advisor, Lalo Nunez for 13 years. Lalo took care of my 2003 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible, my 2008 Audi A4 Cabriolet, and my 2015 Audi TT Roadster. Lalo Nunez has a sincere desire to keep the customer happy; he always goes the extra mile and strives for the highest level of excellence, and what makes him stand out is his honesty. Lalo has a level of integrity that you neither see nor expect in this line of business and because he is so gregarious and personable, customer relations comes easy. There is so much to be said for that, particularly in an industry that has a difficult stigma to begin with... This goes a long ways in establishing lifelong customers. I am so grateful to Circle Audi for having the business savvy to hire Lalo because he is a total Rockstar! He never misses a beat, is always prompt on his status calls, offers the courtesy shuttle, and when appropriate, a loaner vehicle. The level of service I have experienced with Lalo being my Service Advisor for over a decade (and three cars later) is unsurpassed by none other. I hope he never leaves! If I could give him and Circle Audi a 10-star rating, I absolutely would!
