From the moment I emailed to enquire about the vehicle to taking possession of it I had probably the most positive Used or New car buying experience I have ever had.
I showed up an hour before closing. At the dealership I was greeted by a personable young lady. They had fresh coffee, soda and snacks available. The sales floor was clean and bright. My salesman brought the car around and we took a leisurely test drive. Not once did I feel rushed. Back at the dealership he provided me the Carfax and we went over the cars features. Again very relaxed. We met with his Manager to discuss price. I had done my homework and knew what the car was worth to me. The negotiation process was friendly and professional and the final price was right in line with what I was willing to pay. The business office had already closed by the time we were done so I came back the next morning. The business manager was professional and we zipped through all the paperwork and I was out in under an hour. The car was fully detailed with a full tank of gas.
Honestly this was more like buying a car from a friend, very UNLIKE any other car purchase I have ever made.

I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!
Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.
I was on my way to the mall on a bright Saturday afternoon, at about 3:20pm, when I heard a beep coming from my dashboard. I looked at the message and it said to "turn off the engine and check the coolant." I panicked. My afternoon was ruined!, I thought. Luckily, I was a couple of minutes away from Town Audi and I pulled up to the service area immediately. I was greeted by one of the representatives and I explained what had happened. I told him that I needed my car back the same day because I live in NY, but I was going to the mall in NJ. He took down my information and told me he would get back to me as soon as the diagnostic test was done. I decided to visit a friend in the area thinking that it was going to take at least until closing time, 5:00pm.
To my surprise, about 45 minutes later, I received a call from David, my rep. My car was done and ready to be picked up!! I was so grateful and excited. My plans were not ruined, after all. Well, needless to say, I went to the mall and spend the rest of the afternoon very happy.
Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. Thanks again to Jeff for a great New car experience..:)

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.
If you own a car (found out they work on more than just Mini) Daniel Rodriquez and Frank Rivera are the men to know. From the first call to set up an appointment to the service on my car being completed, these guys are GREAT. I was treated like a valued customer, kept informed on the progress of my service, given a nice loaner car, and educated on options my car has that I wasn't using. My car was returned to me clean as a whistle.
Even the cashier (Clarice?) made my visit pleasant by her kind encouragement to "MAKE it a nice day!" The valet (Kwasi?) greeted me with a smile and took time to converse with me for a few minutes.
My experience here has been great and I have no reason to believe that future visits will be any less than the same.
My contact was by telephone during the Christmas holiday season. My quesions were asked and most were answered (some received the "it all deepends" response. It was a successful visit and I'm glad that I called.
The team at Performance Lexus was simply outstanding! We worked closely with Jeff Kaplan in Sales and also with Rich Cook, the Sales Manager. We had never met either of them before this. We were interested in a Toyota Rav4 we saw among their pre-owned inventory online as our daughter has unique medical needs making it difficult/painful for her to walk, let alone get in and out of sedans. We were upfront with our financial limitations (this was not a planned purchase), and Jeff and Rich were equally honest about what they could and couldn't do. We didn't want to "play games," and they made the negotiation painless. We worked out the details most closely with Jeff, and he is the best car salesperson we have ever met ... and just a great person. Not only was he honest and straightforward, but he was empathetic to our situation, didn't put us through any "wait here while I talk with my manager" nonsense, and went WAY beyond our expectations! He offered to have the car "presented" for our daughter with a bow and personalized-sign with her name on it when we returned to pick it up as a surprise for her. When we did return, the car was re-detailed, sported a huge red bow, and a sign that was hand-decorated just for our daughter. As parents who have seen her go through more than her share of challenges, this was an incredible blessing ... she was speechless and overwhelmed. Even after that, Jeff spent another 45 minutes or so walking her through the process of connecting her smartphone via Bluetooth, setting up radio stations and navigation, etc. We had a bit more paperwork to fill out in another area of the facility so Jeff even pulled the car right around to where we were so my daughter wouldn't have to walk all the way back. By the time we were finished, Jeff Kaplan was our hero. He made our purchase experience incredibly positive. He respected our situation and our daughter. He more than delivered on his promises. Without question, we will seek him out for our next car purchase and will recommend him without hesitation to others who may be looking for a new or used car. One last thing I never realized ... even when you buy a pre-owned non-Lexus from Performance Lexus, you get many of the perks that new car buyers receive there - free car washes, a fantastic reception/waiting area, etc. Thank you, Performance Lexus ... be sure to keep Jeff Kaplan on staff! :)
I searched for months, both online and in my area, for the specific car that I wanted: A 2013 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT with AWD. I finally found one that had been owned and operated in California, which was a big deal to me because I didn't want one that had been owned and operated in a Rust Belt or cold weather state due to corrosion issues. This dealer had bought this car at auction in CA the week prior to me finding it on Cars.com and when I called the dealer, the guy I spoke to (Amir) was very friendly and helpful. He even climbed under the car for me on the lot and took photos of the undercarriage and the engine compartment to show me that the car was very clean and had no rust. I live in KS and this dealer is in IN, so this was going to be a complicated deal since I also had a car that I wanted to sell (not trade, but sell for cash). I had never bought a car from an out-of-state dealer, and I did my homework on Fishers Imports. They had nearly perfect reviews, but I still shared my apprehension with Shawn and Amir but they put my concerns at ease. These guys (Amir and Shawn) were patient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They made me a fair cash offer for my car, sold me the Lexus for a fair price, and did their part to make the transaction quick and smooth. I drove my car there and sold it to them and purchased the Lexus and drove it home, all in the same 1,100 mile and 18-hour day. I even had some (previously unknown to me) minor title issue with the car that I sold to them, but they helped me work those out and get the transaction done. The car that they sold me was as advertised, and I've been driving it for nearly a month with no issues or surprises. The car was clean and in very nice condition. They were responsive via phone and email, and while there were some minor bumps along the way they did what they needed to do to get things right and ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. I would buy another car from these guys, even long-distance, and I would also recommend them to family and friends alike. To date, I'm completely satisfied with this experience.

Service was excellent and they treated us extremely well. From greeting us to the test drive to working out the paperwork and beyond. I have been to a few dealers in Chicago and Milwaukee recently, but this was the best by far. Never thought there could be that much difference in a car dealer, but here we are. Audi Northshore is topnotch.

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.
