On September 18, 2018 (dawn) a signal turned up on my dashboard of my Q 7 that my right front light has a problem. I immediately checked it, but was not able to find a disfunction. The light seemed to be okay to me. Nevertheless, on September 19 I drove with my wife -before I intended to got to work to UCSD- to Audi San Diego to have the problem solved without advance notice. I assumed that the bulb needed to be changed and costs less than USD 50. After some irritations (long waiting period, approximate cost estimate not mentioned in advance) the paid amount of USD 483.65 was refunded by Audi San Diego which made me very happy. Wow! I am impressed by the claim management experienced by Audi San Diego, in particular of Mrs. Ingrid Knufman. This is extra ordinary and serves as a benchmark for other companies. Thank you very much!
Just wanted to express my thanks to Brett and Don, although I am not longer the proud owner of an Audi, as I have been since 1997, Brett has always been there in a pinch. In the end Brett's recommendation of Don Bragg to help us out of a situation couldn't have been more spot on. Just as it has always been at Audi of San Diego, Don treated us with kindness and consideration. Although I certainly miss my A6, the wife is happy and I avoided a 12 thousand dollar fix in the process. I do think Audi needs to look at this manufacturing and repair situation a bit deeper, when consider the cars of the world and the average cost to fix a timing issue, 12k is insane! Regardless I will always appreciate Brett for the kind and generous help and Don for closing up a less than happy situation with professionalism and compassion. Wife's happy, I'm good:-) Thanks for everything guys!

The last 3 cars I've bought I bought from Randall Blaum. But the last time I bought from Randall I did something I've NEVER done before. I bought my last new car from Randall without even going in to the dealership at all. Crazy? No. Let me explain... I trust him completely. And he's more than earned it. I am not easily pleased (something you're just about to find out). His product knowledge, outstanding customer service, efficiency, speed, honesty, upbeat mood, uncanny attention to details (and the best deals, too), plus his likability, MANNERS, and charisma are all TOPS as far as I'm concerned. All this and he has great grammar, too. Who knew! But here's the really important part... I hate buying cars, I hate going to dealerships. Why? For the same reasons I hate going to most retail businesses in America these days -- because there are far too many mediocre Americans merely putting in hours just for a paycheck (that includes many of you xxxxxx corporate suits, too, who don???t know how to sell, yourselves, much less TRAIN anyone how to sell) ??? many whom have either forgotten or never knew what it???s like to be a real, live, KIND human being with a heart who can THINK and BE NICE while BEING PRODUCTIVE AND PROFITABLE (remember when America did that? No? Keep reading...) while providing an outstanding AND MEMORABLE sales experience worth repeating every time I want to buy a car (I???ve bought 20+ NEW CARS in the last 16 years, so F you. LOL!). Yes, I'm passionate about with whom I'll spend my time and money, and more people should be... if you want "this land is your land, this land is my land" to be "great" again. But I???m not holding my breath about y???all while I continue to ENJOY BUYING CARS from Randall Blaum??? and driving a new car almost every year certainly helps me feel better (since we're all about our FEELINGS these days, riiiiight?) but finally finding an amazing HUMAN BEING who happens to sell in a HUMANE way is what is truly important here. You still paying attention you smart phone addicts? Almost done??? Randall is now my ???go to??? guy for cars. Period. My time and money and how I spend them and with whom are very IMPORTANT to me. Randall knows and respects that. Do you??? I wish more AMERICANS did. Randall gets my HIGHEST recommendation. I'll be his customer for life. And I'll tell all my friends. And I'll spread it on social media and review sites on the internet machine, too. LOL! Got that management? Good. America needs YOU to be great again. Because Randall is winning at it. Good day.

This is a beautiful car, very smooth to drive with lots of horsepower. It takes a bit to get used to all the features. I like the fact that it shuts off when at a complete stop due to energy saving.
I have dealt with many dealer ships and this is the best one. The people are great and they go out of there way to make sure you get the car you want.I especially want to thank Cy the manager,Pouna the finance manager,John the sales man for your outstanding commitment to excellent customer service and your knowledge of financing in helping me get the car I wanted. Came into the dealership after speaking on the phone with Anthony Pizocci about a CPO 2018 Q5 that was listed on the web. He promptly emailed me all the information and I came in the next day to look at the car. I purchased and drove off the lot the next afternoon.
