Had the pleasure of connecting with Rich while shopping for a Audi. I had my heart set on a 2017 Q7 that was loaded but after sitting & doing our back & forth price dance, the numbers just did not work out. Well over the next few days I'm sure I pestered Rich a dozen times, but he was always polite, understanding, & treated me like a VIP. Finally, after 3 days off emails, text messages & phone calls we struck a deal. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Rich being so nice & treating me like a VIP, I would have given up. We almost bought a used Maserati at another dealer, but didn't primarily due to the trade value of our car. We saw another car very similar on line at Hoffman and drove almost 2 hours to see it. We dealt with Edward who was extremely professional and courteous. I had my facts at hand and said I'm very interested if we can make a deal happen. It was a very short and direct process. He came back with an offer that exceeded anything else we found. We both said that let's not waste time and avoid the typical used car negotiations. He did it. A6 3.0T Prestige w/ cold weather, driver assistance, and comfort seating package. This is the first car I owned that I look forward to driving, every day. I've owned it for a year and it hasn't changed. Beautiful inside and out, and w/ the 3.0T it performs well. I had not previously bought a luxury car, and so I think of the high end trim and items like the comfort seating package and driver assistance package essential. If not purchasing stuff like that, why buy a luxury car? I held off buying a luxury car until into my 40s because I felt it was too impactful to my budget. Previously, the better appointed versions of quality Japanese cars - Toyota, Honda - did just fine. Now that I feel I can afford it, for me, it's go all in, and I advise the same. Why have a loud 4 cylinder when you pay for an Audi? Go for the powerful 3.0T. Or have cheaper materials when lacking the Comfort seating package? Again, if it's not yet in your budget, I get it, just don't buy it until it is in your budget and get the real deal!

I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. I was looking for a pre owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo but wanted one with heated leather seats and a few extra upgrades- which for a Laredo isn't easy to find. I had emailed Greg Bartley about a Jeep they had in stock, which he provided me the information on but also told me about another that had just come in.
