I met Ryan Henehan [Inventory Mgr] while waiting for information about a specific trim but he personified the understanding of a certain culture of leadership that titles do not make leaders.His understanding of "Taking Ownership" is why we ended up buying our vehicle here. Ryan possesses an acute sense of Relational Intelligence from his measured words that had succinct impact,to exemplary follow-up even when i'd expressed that I was moving on to other alternatives. Ryan isn't part of the sales staff but I tell you,he became the most important person to whom my wife and I committed our loyalty. I want to thank RJ Sidhu, Casey Parkin, and Porsche Silver Spring for a wonderful car buying experience. RJ Sidhu knows the products inside and out no matter if you want a base Macan or GT2RS with Weissach package. They are very straightforward throughout the entire process and are professional from start to finish. If you are looking for a Porsche go to Porsche Silver Spring and ask for RJ Sidhu.
Replied to an sales ad for a used car and received a response from a salesperson shortly thereafter. Salesman replied with some mechanical deficiencies with the car and its availability. Also replied later with a note regarding my interest in setting up an appointment for a test drive of the vehicle. This dealership is very professional and seem to be willing to help customers whenever needed.
You might not expect a high-end car dealer in Tyson's Corner to be a good place to buy a used car, but it is. This was the third dealer I visited in my search for a minivan. I had researched extensively on cars.com and another site and the car at Audi Tyson's was the best deal. The buying experience went smoothly with no bull.
We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.
The team at Freds of Arlington were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was looking to buy. They have great knowledge about there products and have a great line up of pre-owned luxury cars. Logan made sure I was happy with my new AMG. He fulled up my tank and had the car detailed. Just purchased Toyota Sienna from Crown. Checked it with our mechanic and he approves the purchase.. The staff is professional and process easy.. We do recommend the company to all customers shopping for used cars..
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My experience with Moore Cadillac of Chantilly was nothing less than exceptional. My Salesman, Tony Soleiman, made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable; he is such a Joy to work with! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable throughout the entire process. He has no pressure tendencies at all and made my Uncle and I feel right at home. Buying a car from Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, with a salesman as good of a person as Tony, was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. I know you will feel that way too! From my experience, I would highly recommend this dealership, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way, Cristian was very helpful at the moment of doing all my paperwork, my case was kinda difficult since I’m new in USA with not credit at all but he made it work, it took him a couples of hours but I’m so thankful I left that place driving the car I wanted.
If you guys are looking for a car and don’t know what to do.... go check them out, for sure I’ll recommend everyone here!!!

I am a planner and I am very careful with large purchases so after doing extensive research on my next vehicle I called the dealership and got Dubois Kelly who informed me that the vehicle I was inquiring about was still in stock and I scheduled a time to view and test drive it. Dubois delivered platinum standard customer service! He was very welcoming to me and my Husband, he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very transparent of the purchase process and owning a luxury car. My new car had slight bumper damage prior to purchase and Audi fixed it the following week. It looked like it was never damaged! Jess Wildasin was excellent and was very accommodating. My only issue with the service experience was that if I was in there on a we owe then I should not have to spend my money to fill up a loner vehicle. With regard to the finance process, Cedric over promised and under delivered. The expectations of obtaining better financing terms were not transparent when financing was finalized. He then outsourced another manager for me to sign the sales agreement and skimmed the terms. I believe the other manager assumed that Cedric went over everything in depth prior to final signatures (which was not his fault he was great too by the way). The reason for the outsourcing was because he took another customer in the middle of my transaction. Mind you we were there at 2:30pm and did not leave until 7-7:30pm. Several days later I had some uneasiness with the finance portion and contacted Cedric. Thank goodness his Supervisor Will Nelson was available to bring clarity and transparency as Cedric continued to "double talk" me regarding the extended warranty that I purchased. After speaking with Mr. Nelson I was satisfied with the conversation. After Mr. Nelson assigned duties BACK to Cedric to complete, the updated warranty was not correct. He then updated the agreement and outsourced the task again to other people to ensure I signed it when I brought my car to be serviced. When it wasn't signed instead of inquiring with the people who he outsourced it to, he calls ME to ask me why didn't I find the person who has my paperwork to sign it! Why would it be my responsibility to ensure this was taken care of? As I type I still do not have an updated extended warranty agreement. So in conclusion, I enjoyed my Audi experience minus the finance process with Cedric.
