Wow! What an unbelievable experience. Rob Cece and the entire team at Audi Nyack were beyond helpful, friendly, and professional. I've been to many dealerships in many states over the years, and never in my life have I had an experience buying a car that I could actually call pleasant. You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Rob in sales was incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and it shows that he really cares about the customers and wants them to be in something that they love. I was not an easy customer, being all over the place unsure what I wanted, yet Rob patiently worked with me and got me into something beyond my wildest dreams. There's a very good reason that he receives multiple awards for top Salesman from Audi year after year. His passion for helping people and understanding their needs truly shows. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how excellent the rest of the team is as well. From the floor managers Furkan and Minas (hope I spelled those right), to Anthony in finance, and all the other sales people, they were all so friendly and helpful and just made buying a car there such a joy. If you're in the market for a new or used Audi, without a doubt Audi Nyack needs to be your first and last stop!

Absolutely amazing as always! Made a quick call with Miss T at Front Desk, she got the Service Dept ASAP for an appointment for change on a flat/damaged tire with Dani, in Service. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! Again, absolutely friendly and courteous, seamless service as always! Thank you Anna, Adam, Carlos, Miss T, Giovanni, Dani and everyone involved! Now I have the new Q5 for a week already and can't wait to drive it out a 2nd weekend in a row Upstate NY! My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Before driving an A6, I used to drive a BMW 5-Series. I don’t think it’s even fair to compare these 2 cars. I love my A6. I love everything about it. It’s speed, responsiveness, features, tires, and the beautiful interior. I have had this car for about a year now with about 20000 miles on it, with no problem. I use it for daily commute to work, I drive 80 miles everyday. This is a great car for a comfortable daily commute.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.
