I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

Ms. Stredder worked diligently with me, my husband, and my brother, (who she also sold a car to months earlier). She was very patient, thorough and demonstrated delightful customer service skills. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder?s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It?s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, `no-nonsense? approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and `no pressure? atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder?s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson?s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

I contacted them by email about a preowned car and they replied very fast. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a visit and checked the car, but was not very fond of the black interior, ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Premises are nice, and they surely move a lot of cars there every month. I didn't feel pressured at any time, all in all was a nice experience.

I recently went around looking to buy my first car, which is an incredibly daunting experience, with all the cars out there, so many different dealers... but VW of DTLA made it so easy! My sales rep, Moh, was incredibly kind and showed me *all* the details about the car, including things I certainly would not have found myself. Before driving an A6, I used to drive a BMW 5-Series. I don’t think it’s even fair to compare these 2 cars. I love my A6. I love everything about it. It’s speed, responsiveness, features, tires, and the beautiful interior. I have had this car for about a year now with about 20000 miles on it, with no problem. I use it for daily commute to work, I drive 80 miles everyday. This is a great car for a comfortable daily commute.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

I had been looking to upgrade my vehicle for quite some time. I saw a 2011 Cadillac DTS Premium for sale on the cargurus web site and my reaction was WOW. The exact car that I have been wanting for a very long time. I contacted Autobahn Luxury Motors to see if the Cadillac was still available. Ryan responded immediately that the Cadillac was still available. I live in Mesa, az and the Cadillac is in Norwalk, CA.. I decided to buy the Cadillac because it was the car for me and Ryan was so helpful and polite. Next I met the owner Haddi. My first impression of Haddi was how did such a good and honest person ever get into the car business. I'm sure glad he did because he gives the used car business a big Bright Star on the board of how to own and operate a successful car dealership. Yes I read all the negative reviews and they either owned up to their mistake or proved them false. By this time next week I should be driving my Cadillac DTS Premium. I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

We picked up a preowned EQS and the transaction was smooth. I'd been in contact with Simon prior to just walking in. I wish they negotiated price, but I guess Autonation dealers stopped doing that...I'm old school, I'd prefer to negotiate. The finance process could have been a bit quicker and smoother. All said, we got there a bit before 1pm and were out around 4pm. We had to stay on top of things during the finance process for a few promised items to ensure we'd get a due bill. Signed a bunch of papers, but when I got to the one that committed my dollars, I to refused to go any further until I got the due bill. Just make sure you know the buying process and advocate for yourself. Every dealer tries to squeeze you, HOI is on the spectrum of one of the better experiences. We didn't experience any high pressure tactics, so we appreciate that. I think Simon and his partner Salem are good sales guys to deal with.
