No Hassle, Low Pressure, Good Cust Service, Great followup

This was my first experience with Audi Palo Alto. Went a couple of months ago, when Luan gave a test drive on A3, Q3, and Q5. There was no pressure to purchase that day, and he promptly emailed us all the information on various options that we had asked for. Went last week again to see whether they had any good deals available. Luan had to leave, so he handed us over to Paola. Paola quickly zeroed in on the best possible Q5 that met and exceeded our requirements. It took us a while to negotiate as we were open to various financing and purchasing options. However, in the end, Paola could meet our reservation price that matched a great deal for a comparable car with all the features on Truecar. Overall, we though Paola did a great job given that it was her first ever sale (we came to know about it later on). Gino (Finance) initially provided us a very high rate for the upfront payment for service and the extended warranty, but then lowered the rates significantly that we found to be affordable. Our conversation with Gino was friendly, and we were overall happy that we got a good deal at a reasonable price. Paola followed up last weekend and arranged for us to have a tutorial with Javier. Javier was very cooperative and thorough when he walked me through all the basic and advanced features of the Q5. I learned quite a bit about how to operate multiple features of Q5 within 30 min or so. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Audi Palo Alto dealership. I hope their service center is as good as the dealership.
