Above-and-beyond excellent service

On 5 June, I arrived at Audi-Raleigh days ahead of an appointment I had scheduled the day before because my A3 was behaving as though the battery was weak or dying. When I walked in, Garrett Edwards greeted me with a smile and 'how are you?!' I told Garrett that I had an appointment for the next week (13 June), but I had to travel to South Carolina (SC) to keep a medical appointment 0n 12 June. Garrett pulled all the stops in his lane and advised me--relatively quickly--that the mechanics could work me into their schedule. Because I had another matter to attend to that day, my sister picked me up, I left my car, and Garrett called me in time to pick up my car well before closing. Because of Garrett’s dedication to customer satisfaction and safety and empathy for my plight, I was able to attend to my other matter that day and travel to SC on the 12th without worry that my car might not re-start each time I stopped the engine! Garrett Edwards is an asset to your frontline team!
