Couldn't ask for a better service...

I was on my way to the mall on a bright Saturday afternoon, at about 3:20pm, when I heard a beep coming from my dashboard. I looked at the message and it said to "turn off the engine and check the coolant." I panicked. My afternoon was ruined!, I thought. Luckily, I was a couple of minutes away from Town Audi and I pulled up to the service area immediately. I was greeted by one of the representatives and I explained what had happened. I told him that I needed my car back the same day because I live in NY, but I was going to the mall in NJ. He took down my information and told me he would get back to me as soon as the diagnostic test was done. I decided to visit a friend in the area thinking that it was going to take at least until closing time, 5:00pm.
To my surprise, about 45 minutes later, I received a call from David, my rep. My car was done and ready to be picked up!! I was so grateful and excited. My plans were not ruined, after all. Well, needless to say, I went to the mall and spend the rest of the afternoon very happy.
