The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

If you want extreme comfort, quiet, full cutting edge features including for safety and very high quality construction and materials with a classy conservative style - inside and out - buy an Audi A8L. It is too early to give a reliability rating more than average but you can see that this car was designed and built with care.

2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

Sales staff were very professional and easy to deal with. Sales process was smooth. Good inventory. Not crazy about the fact that I have to pay $200 for a front license plate bracket.

The quiet inside is amazing. The ride is the smoothest of anything I have driven [after 1 LS 430 and 2 LS 460’s. The sound system is amazing, the best I have experienced. The Lane Keep Assist on cruise control keeps it dead center with very little back & forth. The interior is beyond beautiful with rich wood accents, butter soft leather and everything exactly where it should be.

I rated the dealership separately, But I wanted to give special attention to the sales person and finance individual. The person who handled the sales process, Karl Alfeld Internet Manager, and JR, Fnance, in addition to the service department. They answered every question, provided a printout of the findings of the 40 point inspection and actions taken, demonstrated the cars features and handled the finance expeditiously. I would rate them a 10. At the age of 85, I've had a lot of experience with sales organizations and have rarely experienced this level of cooperation & forthrightness.

I am really enjoying my Audi - A8. It really is like driving a cloud. Very comfortable and enjoyable to ride in for my passangers as well. Always a treat to look for ways to hit the road in my A8!

Excellent car, be hard to put me in something else. The new touch screen will take some time to get used to. Other than that no complaints, ride is amazing.
