Greg, I went back to check my records, I have been doing business with Feldmann since 1998 can you believe it? I wanted to say thank you for the great service. Every since I have been engaged with Feldmann(1998) I have had nothing but the best service and you continue to show how much better and different you are than the other services organizations. I recommend you, Feldmann to everyone who own and who don’t own a Mercedes, I think you guys are the best. I have never in my years experience anything different than the best service and treatment from your organization. The training you guys get should be modeled across the car industry or any industry as a matter of fact. I really appreciate you and Feldmann. Just so you know.. the steering in the allroad is a little squirley. I read that there are a number of sensors that may have something to do with it. love the car, but this is a little annoying.

Drove a couple of hours to come look at an Audi A4 S-line. Whole experience was great! Car is awesome, and they were able to finance me on the spot. Will look here first for my next car.

So far so good considering the circumstances. Mounted a rooftop carrier as i needed more storage space. Looks good. Rides well. My hounds seem to like it

I was in the market to lease a 2018 Audi SQ5 and started my search at the Audi dealer that I was most familiar with as I have used them to service my previous Audi vehicles for the past 8+ years (that dealer was not Audi St. Paul and we'll call them dealer A). I visited dealer A on 12/1/2017 and test drove a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for, left dealer A with the understanding that the salesperson that was helping me would be following up with some pricing (based on vehicles that were on order and should be arriving soon) in the near future. Almost two weeks had passed and the only follow up I had received was a generic email from the GM of dealer A, I replied to that email and informed the GM that I hadn't heard back from the salesperson that had assisted me and to this day have still not received any follow-up from them. I have been happy with the service department at dealer A over the past 8 years but had never dealt with their sales department, based on the complete lack of follow up I decided not to pursue a purchase/lease from this dealer. Next stop was dealer B which is the newest Audi dealer in the area and not affiliated with dealer A or Audi St. Paul. I was in the area of dealer B on 12/16 and decided to stop by and see if the sales department there would be more responsive and helpful. I didn't have much time, but realized quickly that the sales approach at dealer B was not going to be a good fit (not transparent, presented a quote that they "weren't allowed to let anyone leave the building with" and the final straw was when they informed me that the offer they made was only valid if I made the purchase/lease that evening (it was very close to their closing time on a Saturday night). I was ready to rule out Audi (I have only driven Audi since 2008, two different vehicles (2006 A4 & 2011 S4) since 2008 and considered myself to be pretty loyal to their brand) and move on to my second choice for a new vehicle but decided to give the 3rd Audi dealer (Audi St. Paul) in the area a try. I wasn't very optimistic since Audi St. Paul is affiliated with dealer A, but figured it was worth a try and if it didn't work out I could say gave the brand a full three strikes before moving on. Andrew Hortsman was the sales person that assisted me at Audi St. Paul and was prompt and responsive throughout the process. The quote they provided was competitive and transparent, any details that were not disclosed were provided upon request. Michelle Rice was the finance manager that completed the transaction and she was sure to have all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived which made the process very efficient. If you're in the Twin Cities area and looking for a a new Audi vehicle, save yourself some time and start with Audi St. Paul.

We loved this car since our first test drive and now years later, still loving it. We take it to the mountains, beach and it has not problems with snow or sand. Very comfortable for long drives and easy for just around town. It has some SUV ability with a sports car feel

We had a great time at Auto Motion recently while we were car shopping. We didn't end up buying a car here, but they were super accommodating and patient as we test drove a number of vehicles - even staying a bit after their close time to accommodate us. I recently purchased a 2001 Audi Allroad with less than 8k miles per year on the odometer in South Florida. I already own a 2000 A6 Avant Quattro 2.8 Turbo with 200k miles on it. The Allroad is a fabulous vehicle. Interior and Exterior Fit and Finish are almost perfect. I was hoping the Allroad drove as well as the Avant. I was not disappointed. This vehicle has been pampered and garage kept from day 1. A one owner. I feel extremely lucky to have found this....Do your homework and don't buy the first one you see....obviously not all Allroads will be well kept....but I would recommend this vehicle without hesitation to anyone looking for a high-end quality build in an older model cross-over.

My Audi Allroad in not just a very sporty car but also offers a lot of space, is very reliable and a great value for its price.

The service team is excellent. They follow up on my inquires and answer all of my questions. I have over 200K miles on my Volvo with no major issues! Since my S60 will not rust, I know it will continue to 500K+ miles! I recently sold my other car, which competing brand due to the poor service I continually received from them. I will definitely be buying another Volvo!
