I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

Amazing overall. The only drawback is the range. 210miles. However, it has very fast charge (30min for full capacity). Ride quality is perfect, quiet and comfortable…much much better than Model Y.

Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

As for a 1st generation EV, pretty happy overall. Some kinks to be expected, but nothing catastrophic. The most annoying thing that doesn't work well is the myAudi app- does not consistently sync or work lots of time. Might as well make a service appt at the time of delivery to have the rear tailbar ordered as I have had 2 bad ones on both eTrons I got on the 1st day! But- I got an uber aggressive lease deal so I'm very happy.

Shawn and the team at Finesse A Car have gone above and beyond in regards to service. I have never experienced such patience and customer service like I have with them. They fixed some cosmetic issues with a car that I wanted to buy, Tal is also set to perform another minor fix to the car I purchased from them. I can’t recommend them enough, if you’re thinking about buying a used EV, please do yourself a favor and visit the finesse team! Take a look at the car you want in their inventory and they’ll work with you. We’re happy with the Tesla model 3 that we bought from this fantastic team! easy to plug in and unplug. Love the front grill movement for plugging in and then back. Sport seats with leg extender Awesome for long driving, and around town. Plenty of pickup and drives just like you would expect in an Audi; handles well with Europen attention to steering and speed.

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

Absolutely love that this car requires little maintenance, NO GAS, and NO FLUIDS! Looks and feels like a luxury SUV without being overly futuristic (as some electric cars look).
