I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. I requested an appointment via email and received confirmation by text message and email. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.

I have taken my car to this dealership a few times and they are always professional and do a good job. Highly recommend the service department in Englewood, NJ.
