Recently purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica from Novak Motors. The buying process was very easy. No haggling or other sales tactics. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle fresh off a lease.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I had amazing experience with Phil Long Subaru in Glenwood!This is my second Subaru and I feel like I got great value for the money. This Dealer is also supporting Charities and Local Animal Shelter which is important to me. Folks! I highly RECOMMEND to leave your money LOCALLY versus driving outside for a car. They brought me a car I wanted and absolutely love it. I am driving my New Subi and I am a Happy Camper.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable.
