I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW in Beverly Hills and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend anyone to visit them!

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I was looking for an F150 Lightning over the internet and came across Envision Ford. The pricing online was competitive compared to other dealerships. The best part was once I got in touch with Emily Chavez, she was very responsive and prompt with her communications. I asked for the price that worked for me, she did her job by countering the dealership price (she of course asked a Sales Manager for approval) and when I countered again with a more realistic price for the truck, we agreed and did the paperwork all remote. It was great because I did not have to take hours at the dealership and take away a busy day.

I get more than I expect when I bring my A3 in for service. Then I drive away with a thoroughly clean vehicle.

The other dealership was treating us like WE should be honored that They were helping us, we went to Beverly Hills Audi. Wow! What a difference. Ryan Bradley was amazing, honest and fair. He made sure we received all the tax credits and came thru with everything promised. We found the right place.

5 starts for Bill in servicing . Provided detail Info of the finding when inspecting my S4, and a detailed quote . Getting a second an opinion just cause it seems expensive . Timing of the job completion was accurate , car was washed and vacuumed at no extra charge . Received a video of the foreman doing the inspection, overall really satisfied with the work and the service received . Thanks again !

I end up getting the extended Audi care with them, and in addition got one of the current recall taken care of that I’m not even aware of until I was informed by them. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder?s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It?s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, `no-nonsense? approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and `no pressure? atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder?s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson?s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

I contacted them by email about a preowned car and they replied very fast. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a visit and checked the car, but was not very fond of the black interior, ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Premises are nice, and they surely move a lot of cars there every month. I didn't feel pressured at any time, all in all was a nice experience.
