I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I hate sitting in dealerships to purchase a vehicle but these 3 hours went by fast. Big shout out to Aaron Williams he did a great job has my salesman. The test drive process was cool and relaxing the salesman didn't go with me so I could test the car as if it was mines. The facility was comfortable the AC worked great. I went to a place before this place and it felt like a sweat shop. Kudos on working AC. My only complaint was I told them what lender I wanted to go with but I saw were multiple lenders pulled my credit. Even if they where looking for the best deal I had told them who I wanted to purchase through. Overall I will give Echo Park an A+.

Hospitality. Not something one expects to find at a car dealership. Hospitality is a feeling and you will feel it at One Legacy Motors. My sales person Tremayne was kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I also dealt with the sales manager and the General Manager who were both genuinely good people. I came in looking for a car and it was great and I bought it. That is nothing out of the ordinary. I love the car. Awesome. The thing that stands out to me was the character of the team here and how much they all seemed to enjoy what they do. I got a fair deal and was dealt with honestly and professionally. One of your managers, Israel went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us in the right car and make sure we were happy. We came in looking for a replacement vehicle for my son who totaled his car.
