This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Audi Meadowlands in Secaucus, NJ, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Having worked with him before, I knew I was in good hands. Aaron's expertise about the Audi vehicles is impressive, and he has a knack for making the buying process easy and enjoyable. My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I was looking for a used. Camaro SS and Bical Chevy had one in stock i was able to talk to Johan and set up a test drive the car was super clean with low mileage so i start the purchase process and was out in less the two hours with my camaro. super nice staff i’ll highly recommend this dealership

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

First time using them for scheduled service. Everything went smoothly. Frank let me know 2 things that should also be done, but did not push it. Said it could wait until next scheduled service. I did appreciate not being pressured to do it then.
