I was expecting service to be an in and out process. After the mechanic review of the problematic tire, a decision was determined to replace the defective tire. An Audi vehicle was provided (loaner); and, I was able to pickup my A6 vehicle the next day (early morning).

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . It is my first 2022 Audi A4 S 45 and I like it. Dealer, MR Dimitri was very nice and helpful. I with my wife felt very welcome. All questions were answer. We bought car on 12/27/2021. Unfortunately due to shortage of new cars there was no opportunity to negotiate the price and it was a little higher then I expected based on my research.
