Buying a car is never a fun process. The negotiations, the process that could take hours. But I have to say my experience without Audi Gainesville was nothing like that. The process went very smoothly, quickly, and I even felt that the negotiations were easy and were agreed-upon amicably. Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Service department was great and took care of my car’s issues. I had great communication with Dustin!
