There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!

He also had a patient manner that was great for a senior couple unfamiliar with the latest automotive technology.
