We had a superb buying experience! After test driving another Q7 at another dealer, we decided within hours that we would buy it. But it sold just after we left the dealer. So after searching online, we found one at Audi Rockville, who immediately got in touch and gave us a great deal. Emailed early morning to verify a specific vehicle was on the lot. Jean-Marc responded quickly about the status. I asked him a few questions which he promptly responded to and made me want to visit the dealership. When I arrived he had me work with Chris Kutrumbis and he was great. This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and its wonderful salesperson, Shawn Vahid. Buying a car can be stressful, but Shawn makes it fun too. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. But next time I’m sure I can talk him into selling me that sports car in the lot — the one with the red leather interior and the sticker price I can’t afford. A girl (on my 80’s) can dream. Silver Spring is the de-facto Porsche dealer for both sales and service in the Mid-Atlantic. I just found out they were named the #1 Premier dealership in the area and my experience reflects it. They're honest, thorough, fair, and stand behind their work. It's no surprise that people in the DC area drive past other Porsche dealers to come to Silver Spring. Linda and her service team earn customers for life which is evident when you meet other customers there that have been with Silver Spring for well over a decade. Birds of a feather clearly flock together here. 2 Cayennes and 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, this is ONLY dealership I'll ever let touch my cars.
