Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

While this is just my fourth vehicle purchase (I know some people buy more often), it was by far the best. Low stress, no pushiness, no trying to upgrade me to vehicles outside of my desired price range. This was by far the best buying experience ever, where there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Lacey was amazing and reasonable. She listened to my concerns, wants, and needs, and never suggested anything beyond them. I cannot say enough about Lacey, Darius, and the rest of the team.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Manny at Audi Englewood. From the very beginning, Manny was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy — we made a deal within a single day! Manny worked hard to get me to the exact price I needed to be at, and he never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had — even on his day off! The service experience was excellent. I was able to schedule the service online. I needed to update service instructions; service manager Ibrahim took care of editing service instructions and updating appointment date and time. On day of service, I was met by service member as soon as I drove into garage. Ibrahim arrived shortly after and coordinated the service. I received periodic updates while in break area enjoying coffee and cookies. The car was ready per original schedule provided by Ibrahim. The car was washed nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant morning.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.

Really great experience overall. We loved Gary - you should ask for him. Very knowledgeable and no pressure which was great. While I expected to be strong armed in finance for additional upgrades/packages, we did not suffer that here. Thanks you, Perry!
