Very smooth transaction. Arrived at price over the phone. Drove the 3 hrs to Bendm viewed the car, they checked out my trade and I was on my way back to Portland in 2 hours.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Just bought an Infiniti through Silverstar. Last car I bought there was a Mercedes E350 and its 200,000 miles perfect even now. There were a couple warrant issues since the car has 8000 miles on it. Crest gave me a hard time about some minor warranty issues so my guys at Silverstar Motors are working to fix the issues for me. My wife and I both would recommend them 100%

If I could give the customer service experience more stars, I would! Highly recommend working with Mark Donahue for any Audi needs. I was trading in my A3 for an A4 and Mark took the time to answer all my questions and show me the upgrades that I wasn’t used to (it was very late in the day too). Very impressed with all the staff and will absolutely be returning in the future.

We moved to Colorado from the east coast. Needing a vehicle for the CO weather, the Q5 was the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Lindsey was so great to work with. During this challenging time in purchasing a vehicle, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We worked with Lindsey to identify which Q5 was most suited to our taste. She researched and worked with another dealership that had the exact Q5 we wanted. We are beyond excited with our new vehicle. During our vehicle search, we visited several other Audi dealerships, but Prestige Audi was by far the most accommodating. Based on our experience at Prestige Audi, I do not see us going anywhere else when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

Had an excellent experience buying my new Q7 Prestige. Called to see if a vehicle was available, salesman said it was not but just got a new one in. Told me all about it m, sent me the window sticker, and it was everything I wanted. Drove 2 hours down, finished the deal, and couldn’t be happier. See or ask for Frank when you go there. I had my car towed last night after hitting a pothole and popping my tire. Called Audi Memphis and talked with Tracy this morning. Tracy indicated service was very busy but he would do the best he could to get me the same tire for my car. Tracy scrambled and got a tire that would normally take until the following Tuesday. He also made sure a recall was fixed on my car. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my car back same day after a last minute drop off.
