I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I'd like to preface this review with, we are from out of state and depended on reviews while shopping for our vehicle and we were prepared to walk away at anytime. Our experience with Deluxe Auto Dealer was 5 star, beginning with first contact the after our purchase. Carlos was genuine, transparent and professional, we never felt rushed or pressured. Deluxe matched the interest rate, we were prequalified for by our credit union at home. We are thrilled with our Genesis GV80, and our positive experience at Deluxe Auto Sales, Carlos called the next day to make sure we made it home safely. So impressive! Thank you.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Manny at Audi Englewood. From the very beginning, Manny was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy — we made a deal within a single day! Manny worked hard to get me to the exact price I needed to be at, and he never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had — even on his day off! Not only was he responsive to me, but he also took the time to answer all of my husband’s and my dad’s (many!) questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, communicative, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. If you’re thinking about buying from Audi Englewood, ask for Manny — you won’t regret it!

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

She was friendly, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly appreciate her support and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

I seriously cannot recommend Audi Englewood enough. I worked with Anna for a car for both my wife and daughter and she was honestly incredible from start to finish. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. You can tell right away she genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to sell you something, she actually listens and wants to make sure you’re getting what’s right for you as a customer. She was super knowledgeable, super patient, and just helped me feel really taken care of and find ideal vehicles for my family. The whole vibe at the dealership is just the same, everyone is friendly, helpful, and just wants to make sure you leave happy. I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

Have had consistently good and friendly service from the service center. they promptly call to remind me of needed service, have appointments available and do their best to get you out expeditiously. most recently, for an oil change, Guerro was extra nice and professional and provided great service! He was thorough, got the job done within the scheduled time and answered all of my questions.

Second time at the Audi Englewood dealership and working with James - cannot thank him enough for his help once again helping us pick out our car! So thorough, honest and fun.

I’ve been to many dealerships during my car search, Fast Track has easily been the best experience even though I didn’t find the car for me: • Ramon is a genuinely good guy, big heart, no pressure • Best test drive experience ever (you’ll see what I mean) • cars super clean • every dealer adds on an addtion charge. Fast Track’s added rate was the lowest of the 8 dealerships I have been to • I was skeptical of the positive reviews. My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

This was my first experience with Ray Catena and a high line vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous, as I usually am with big purchases, but Alex was great. Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork. He followed up with me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or if he could do anything else for me.
