Visited dealership for a test drive. Excellent experience all around. Met with Pablo who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought he was great. Likewise, Frank, the pre-owned manager. I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Although I have decided to put off my purchase to a later date, I look forward to purchasing my next Audi from Devon Audi.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). Did I mention, I also received a 32" flat screen TV w/ my purchase? YEEEESSSSSS, Thanks again Eric. Overall GREAT experience, I recommend Highline Automotive.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I can't recommend the staff at Wynnewood Audi enough. Go there now! Anthony was kind, patient, and very clear about the details of my CPO Audi Q5. He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive. I was so exhausted from trying to guess which car dealer would let me actually see a car! Anthony's top notch service and intelligence made it a clear choice. Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. And the little time that I had to wait, their facilities were so nice and clean that it made it enjoyable. Thank you again and I love my Q5!

I arrived at Audi Devon to have a rear tail light and bulb replaced. When I arrived my schedule was checked and accepted with no problem. On the way to the waiting area I saw Johnnie who is one of the managers. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. When you are sitting in the waiting room it's like enjoying a friendly home environment. When you leave Audi Devon after each service every question/decision/appointments/recommendations have been discussed and resolved and reviewed. The repair service is completed as a personal workmanship on each customers auto. You always leave Audi Devon with a smile knowing that all is well and repaired. Also, Johnnie is among the best manager's to work with pertaining to service. He is extremely knowledgeable/dedicated/respectful/ and understanding. Our Salesmen Anthony was great! He found just what I was looking for quickly and was very thorough at delivery going over all of the car features and making sure I was comfortable with all of the features before leaving. All of the staff there was very friendly and did not feel pressured at any point of the buying process.

Perfection ...no need to say more. This little SUV has the styling, juice and value that I wanted. My other car is a Bentley GTC Continental. I’m glad these two cars are made by the same folks...and it shows
