Emailed early morning to verify a specific vehicle was on the lot. Jean-Marc responded quickly about the status. I asked him a few questions which he promptly responded to and made me want to visit the dealership. When I arrived he had me work with Chris Kutrumbis and he was great. Answered all my questions and attained info he wasnt sure of. Agreed to numbers and worked with Chris in finance who showed me exactly what I needed and we finished the process very smoothly and quickly. Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had.

I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

I love my Q4 E-tron Sportback! So far I’ve had zero issues with the car. Also the range is better than advertised. I got 300 miles on a charge, during a road trip from SC to FL.

Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.
