I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Excellent car. I got the Diesel model and the mpg is the best I have seen in this category. For an all wheel drive vehicle that can tow 4400 pounds and weight over 4k, I don't think there is any auto that can beat the efficiency of it.

We had the best car service by Steven Farr at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner. He took care of all of the car maintenance without any surprises and in a timely manner. And, he arranged for a loaner car, which was a huge help for us to go to work without interruption. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. 5 stars!!

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Bought a used from Carvana for my college age son. The radiator needed full replacement pretty quickly after purchase. Medric the repair rep handled the repair and Carvana warranty process seamlessly. I?ve purchased vehicles and had repairs done here over the years without issue. I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Auto Trademark. Babar was great to work with. They did not negotiate at all on price but did start me out with a great price so I wasn’t too concerned. Very honest and trustworthy place. They even fixed something wrong with the car (minor issue) that THEIR salesman found after I had signed the paperwork and did so free of charge. Upfront about the fees and final price, and allow offsite pre-purchase inspections unlike other dealers in the area who only allow that on their lot. Very easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even having to bring my very young children to the dealer with me. Recommend this dealer and Babar in particular.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota Leesburg, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more. So, that said, read the ads very carefully and then you will have no surprises. We are satisfied with our purchase and are happy to recommend Auto Trademark.
