The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Great customer service. We weren?t hounded when we first got out our car and had a few minutes to look at the car we were interested in. After a few minutes we were greeted by a very polite salesman. Everyone that we met was just as polite and made our buying experience even better.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. Skylar is by far the best tech rep that this dealership has ever had. She is the reason I go back every time. I will have to say that I don't agree with the hourly rate for anything being done. It's over 200$!! That's more than a specialty shop or restro shop!! Without coupons, your going to pay out the butt for an oil change!
