The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

I make an appointment for a service visit before I take a Road trip. I like to check brakes, tires, fluids & any other concerns I may have. My Service advisor scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule & goes over any issues that might be found once the inspection is complete.

I love this car. I was going to buy the baby Q3 but thought it was noisy this one is perfect. Beautiful comfortable and spacious. So glad I drove it. It’s awesome

Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. I made an appointment to see a used accord they had. I drove from Deltona and was disappointed when I got there and was told it was sold. I spoke to Reggie and he was very apologetic and so nice. I explained I wasn’t in a rush and have been looking for a used cheap car to drive around locally under 10k he was straightforward and started showing me some of their inventory. I didn’t find anything I liked but him! Reggie is sweet straightforward and really listened to me he was not pushy and offered to even help me if I had questions on any other cars I see elsewhere. I mean who does that. He’s truly an asset and it’s because of him I would return to Napleton Orlando. Thanks Reggie!

At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models.
