Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

Technician was extremely pleasant to deal with, explained things clearly. When I arrived for some reason I was scheduled for drop off, but that was taken care, as I waited. I was in and out in hour and half. The repairs looks good, plus I received needed information and a video of things to watch for.
