On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. All work was done quickly and efficiently! I came in because a message came up that the I was losing pressure on my right tire. I knew this meant it had taken a nail or some object that had punctured it. I immediately called my service advisor, Luis Pagani and he told me to come right over. I also got an oil change that was needed while my car was in the shop. I chose not to wait and was provided with Lyft both ways by the dealer.

Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Brought my car where it was quickly fixed and I was back on the road. I was given a full video review of work needed on the car. Great service.

Worked with Noila. She is excellent! Worked very hard to find us the right car. Once she did, it needed service, she got it back the next day, repaired. All through the process her attention to customer service will always be appreciated by us.
