As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. The interior & exterior car features were explained and demonstrated very clearly by a gentleman staff who deserves an A ++. I recently purchased an Audi A8 from Ms. Carerro and the experience was beyond anything I expected, or experienced in any previous car buying experience. She was extremely professional and adept at knowing the intricacies of the Audi product. As a senior level procurement executive I am always keenly aware of vendor pitches and the upselling. My wife bought a car from Audi Turnersville, but unfortunately, out of the dealership’s control, an option that was supposed to be included in the purchased package for the vehicle was missing. We immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the GM, Jimmy McGee, the Sales Manager, John Dillenbeck, and the Assistant Manager, Michael Mazzone.
