The sales process was smooth. The salesman Jeff was helpful. No pressure environment. However the finance guy Shawn was eager to sell extended warranty and made a buy one. Which he mentioned i can cancel later. We will see! But also the warranty may worth it

Audi Kirkwood is absolutely amazing!! I've purchased about 12 cars in my lifetime, and this is by far my best experience overall. I felt appreciated, supported and cared for before, during and after my purchase. Not only did my salesperson work with me to get exactly the car I wanted, he answered all of my questions and was always available to help. The GM Neil has been incredible - he's one of those people you just know doesn't only care about the bottom line. He cares about his customers and his employees - I saw how well he treated everyone on his team, and that goes a long way with me. The entire vibe in their new beautiful showroom is just the best. Their finance manager was also the most helpful human being on the planet. She didn't try to oversell me with all the add ons, but helped me work through what would make sense for me (and I'm so happy I got the tire package because I've used it already in 4 months)! Amanda is one of a kind - you'd be lucky if you get to work with her! I will be going back to their dealership for years to come, and I hope this review helps you decide to as well.

From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle.
