When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!
