Great car buying experience. We appreciated Shayne our Audi Brand specialist explaining every detail about the 2025 Q5. My husband traded in his 2011 Audi Q 5 with almost 150,000 miles. The engineering of this car is incredible. He is thrilled to have the back up camera as well as other cameras. We would also like to thank Andrew Jones the sales manager for creating all the necessary paperwork and discussing financing My husband is absolutely thrilled to be driving a new Q5 and he hopes to be able to drive 150,000 miles. Our only improvement suggestion is for the detailing department. They were very slow and were not detailed oriented.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!
