It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done. I did not buy my Audi at this location, but when I'm ready to buy another, this is the dealership I will deal with.

From the time I met my sales person, Adrian Podea until I picked up my car, he was nothing but respectful and helpful. He made sure I was up to the minute informed about all the things I was expected to do. He took me on a great test drive and made sure my car was in perfect shape when I picked it up.
