It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done. I did not buy my Audi at this location, but when I'm ready to buy another, this is the dealership I will deal with.

From the time I met my sales person, Adrian Podea until I picked up my car, he was nothing but respectful and helpful. He made sure I was up to the minute informed about all the things I was expected to do. He took me on a great test drive and made sure my car was in perfect shape when I picked it up. Best customer service I?ve ever received . I first contacted Audi grapevine interested in purchasing a preowned vehicle . After talking with them I found out the vehicle was not yet at the dealer but it would be in a week . This dealership is about 2 hours away and that was a big problem for me . I waited for a ride into town and my friend took me to another dealership nearby this Audi one . The deal fell through at the other dealership and Audi actually sent me an uber to pick me up and bring me there . They even fixed things upon receiving the car before I even got the vehicle ! In the meantime they provided a brand new loaner vehicle for me to drive home . Once my vehicle was done in the shop they drove it to me and picked up the loaner ! My sales rep Jeff did an amazing job ! Best in the business!
