The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. We were just looking to assess the Audi against other potential cars to buy in the month of June. We test drove the Q5, but did not like the design. As we were leaving, we noticed a A6 on the floor. It was a 2018 sports model. I liked it, but did not like the interior. They had another one on the lot. We did a test drive, the manager gave us a deal we could not refuse and drove off the lot with the car 2 hours later. We were not expecting to buy a car that day, but Audi met all of our needs. So far, we are a satisfied customer!
