I have been shopping for Audi Prestige for few months, and purchased from Audi Rockville. I had a great experience at Audi Rockville! and Kenneth Chang helped me get a great deal. I am from Richmond, VA and almost talked to every dealership in 100 miles radius and Rockville beat them all. Rockville Audi is very transparent in their purchase process, and disclosing all discounts they can offer. I made the deal without even looking at the car or test drive. Ken was super supportive with speedy response and we had finalized deal just over couple of phone calls. The entire process was very smooth once we reached the dealership, and took a quick test drive, and finished the paper work. Jacob Jay was great from the beginning. Chill, pleasant, informed, honest and caring, and always communicating on time. There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!
