On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. I did oil and oil filter service for our car. At inspection they detected bushings, water pump and thermostat were bad. Diana Giraldo did a great job taking care of my extended warranty, I didn?t pay a dime for these 3 replacements. I got a loaner for the weekend until car was repaired. Audi North Miami has a great service department.
