My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

Ron is an excellent example of a top notch customer service professional, He is easy to talk to and he spends time explaining exactly the details of the work that is being performed on your vehicle. He is not pushy in trying to sell you on items or a service that you don?t really need. Ron is patient and takes his time & does not rush you to make a decision. He is a good communicator and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Seamless process. Really great interaction from drop off to payment to pickup I had no complaints. Providing me with the information of what was necessary in terms of what to get done as opposed to things I could wait for really heightened the trust.
