It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for. Matt helped make the entire process painless and easy, especially being new to the area and a first time buyer, there were lots of concerns I had and was uneasy from the start but Matt was always thinking ahead and took care of so much. I had an awesome car buying experience at Audi Nashua with Matt labrecque. Through the whole experience I felt like I was the number one priority. Matt was always there if I had any questions and really wanted to sell me a car that I would enjoy. I never felt like pressured into buying something I didn't want. The recon department also did an amazing job detailing the car. The interior, exterior, and engine bay looked great. Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

Repairing repairs i had completed by a non Audi dealership. My cars ecm module was corrupted by a non audi mechanic. I had to go to Audi, order a new one from Germany. What a nightmare, live and learn
