When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. He did a great job demystifying everything about EVs - rebates, home chargers, mileage, etc. - but it never felt like he was talking down to us. My repair required a lot of time 5 weeks to be exact! I was given a loaner car The only issue I have is around communication! The only time I heard anything on my repair was when I called to check Joe always called me back and was very pleasant!
