I appreciated that they didn’t try to turn it into an all day process. I purchased the specific used vehicle that I had been searching for online. I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

Never have any issues when coming into Audi! I can make my appointments online and can come in when I have the time. I love that the minute you drive up someone is waiting in the bay for you so I never have to go look for someone. Ben Robbins is great! I mostly work with him when I go in which is nice seeing a familiar face and knowing he will get me taken care of! Thank you!
