I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I receive at Audi Plano. I drive an older Audi, which I love, that needs mechanics that know how to troubleshoot and maintain a high-performance V8 engine. Believe me, Audi Plano mechanics are experts in this field. The service advisors are very knowledgeable , as well. I give Audi Plano my highest recommendation!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi Kirkwood is absolutely amazing!! I've purchased about 12 cars in my lifetime, and this is by far my best experience overall. I felt appreciated, supported and cared for before, during and after my purchase. Not only did my salesperson work with me to get exactly the car I wanted, he answered all of my questions and was always available to help. The GM Neil has been incredible - he's one of those people you just know doesn't only care about the bottom line. He cares about his customers and his employees - I saw how well he treated everyone on his team, and that goes a long way with me. The entire vibe in their new beautiful showroom is just the best. Their finance manager was also the most helpful human being on the planet. She didn't try to oversell me with all the add ons, but helped me work through what would make sense for me (and I'm so happy I got the tire package because I've used it already in 4 months)! We just bought our Audi A5 sportback from Audi Niello through their Internet Sales department. We worked with the Internet Sales manager Cain Carter through the entire process. Working with Cain was a fantastic experience, he was very honest and straightforward about the pricing and got us the car at a a great price without any haggling. We bought this car with Audi Niello all the way from Oregon at a price that none of the local dealers were able to offer even with an added expense for us to fly there and get the car registered in OR. Cain and his team took care of all the logistics and everything online and kept everything ready for us to wrap it up within 45 minutes of landing in CA and got the car ready to go. So if you are based in OR or Washington or anywhere in the Northwest please consider this dealership if you want to get a great deal and a smooth hassle free buying experience.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Service was excellent and they treated us extremely well. From greeting us to the test drive to working out the paperwork and beyond. I have been to a few dealers in Chicago and Milwaukee recently, but this was the best by far. Never thought there could be that much difference in a car dealer, but here we are. Audi Northshore is topnotch.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

We were completely satisfied with our purchase of an Audi Q3 mediated by Michael Hallahan. He had mediated our purchase of another make car at a different dealership.
