The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I was looking for an option to trade my car and get a used car. I was hesitant and weary of the whole process. Luis cavazos made the whole process seamless. Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Worked with a gentleman who goes by Mo to help me finance and purchase a 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagen, TDI, manual trans. It's a very hard to find car. Not only was he helpful in listening to, and fulfilling my needs - he was also very *very* patient. This deal took about three weeks to get locked in because of some static I got from my credit union. Shipped the car to my door with no issues, supported me for about a week after the purchase, always got return communications in a more than reasonable time frame.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Love this car and model have owned 2 Q5’s reliable one of mine had 195,000 miles and still no check engine lights or major repairs had to be done on it. Can’t stress enough how much I love this car! I do wish though the premium model came with the backup camera and the lane assist but that’s only in the premium plus models.

Max and Sam were very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and provided information. I did a test drive and liked very much but eventually thought the vehicle might be a little bigger than I want or able to fit in my garage. I would definitely recommend Little House Of Cars.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

This is my first Audi; it is a 2014 people swear that it looks brand new. The most comfortable elegant ride I have ever owned. Bought at MotorCars of Lansing, MI., that dealership is amazing. The only thing missing is a backup camera.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!
