The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

Brought my my car in for normal service and Mark Took care of me. He was great. He pulled up my history on my car and made recommendations for what I needed and explained everything they would do. Also gave me approximate cost of service which was Very close to his quote. Work was done very quickly. Just a great experience. I will be back for my next service when needed. Also everybody that works there were very friendly .

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

It has a manufacture problem or I don't know what happened every time it comes off. So I did visit to Infinity dealer to explain what's going on. So I don't know what they did but they fix it. I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.
